Privacy Policy

MoveOn is a breakup recovery app. We collect account information from Clerk, onboarding relationship profile answers, no-contact/contact events, journal entries, urge events, coach conversations, coach memories, and subscription status from RevenueCat.

Journal entries are private to your account and may be used as recovery context when you use the AI coach. Optional Coach images are sent for the current response only and are not stored by MoveOn.

The urge camera flow is live-only. MoveOn does not capture, store, or upload frames in that flow.

AI coach requests may be processed through OpenRouter using your message and recovery context, including relationship profile, streak, journal history, contact history, urge context, and coach memories.

RevenueCat processes purchases and subscription state. Clerk handles authentication. Convex stores app data.

To request deletion, use the in-app delete account flow or email support@moveonapp.xyz.
